Top with eggs and bagel crisps. Sprinkle with pepper. For dressing, in a small bowl, stir together yogurt and bagel seasoning. Slowly add milk to reach a drizzling consistency. Serve salad with dressing. *FOR MEDIUM-BOILED EGGS In a small saucepan, bring water to boiling. Using a slotted spoon, lower eggs into water. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil.
