Mango Toast with Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 4 slices artisan-style multigrain bread

  • ΒΌ cup cream cheese spread

  • 1 large ripe mango

  • 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

  • Honey

  • Small fresh basil leaves

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Toast bread. Spread toasts with cream cheese spread. Peel, seed and thinly slice mango. Top toasts with mango slices and prosciutto. Drizzle toasts with honey and garnish with fresh basil and cracked black pepper.
